These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and km77 ("km77," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the km77 website at km77.bio and all related services, games, tools, and content made available through the platform.
By registering an account, accessing the km77 platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered by km77, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Access to and use of the km77 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the platform:

3.1 One Account Per Person
Each individual may maintain only one (1) active account on km77. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. km77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and, in cases of deliberate abuse, forfeit any balances held in those accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. km77 relies on the information you provide for identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
km77 is required to verify the identity of all users prior to processing withdrawals and, in some cases, prior to permitting continued gameplay. Acceptable Philippine identification documents for KYC purposes include, but are not limited to: PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, and SSS ID. km77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period upon request may result in account suspension.
3.4 Account Currency
km77 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits, gameplay, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your km77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. km77 will never request your password through any channel, including customer support communications.
Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not such activity was authorized by you. You must notify km77 immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your account. km77 will investigate reported unauthorized access and may take remedial action, but cannot guarantee the reversal of transactions completed prior to notification.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
km77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. Accepted payment methods are subject to change. km77 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time.
5.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your km77 account balance instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time. km77 does not impose fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions
All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) the withdrawing user must have completed KYC identity verification; (b) the withdrawal amount must not exceed the balance of confirmed cleared funds; (c) any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds; and (d) km77 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks for large withdrawals or unusual account activity.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times
km77 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours on business days. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering
km77 is obligated to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits, or to verified accounts belonging to the registered account holder. km77 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant regulatory authorities.
All bonuses and promotions offered by km77 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. The following general rules apply to all km77 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the km77 platform without prior written authorization from km77. Any unauthorized use of km77's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
km77's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. 12.1 Closure by User
You may request the closure of your km77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no active bonus wagering requirements exist on the account.
12.2 Closure by km77
km77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) there is a breach of these Terms; (b) the account is involved in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; (c) regulatory requirements mandate closure; or (d) km77 is required to do so by applicable law. In cases of account closure due to breach, km77 may forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings without obligation to refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, km77, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to gambling outcomes; technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues; unauthorized access to your account by third parties; or reliance on any information provided on the platform.
km77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you to the platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
km77 is an entertainment platform. Gambling involves inherent risk. You participate in all games voluntarily and acknowledge that you may lose your deposited funds. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. km77 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the km77 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
km77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, km77 will endeavor to notify registered users via the email address associated with their account, or through a prominent notice on the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date on which the most recent revision was made.
Continued access to or use of the km77 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
